  • Prepare your ID
    In order to verify your identity during MyAccount Program registration, you are required to show one of the following two original ID combinations (no copies accepted) on the registration day:
    • Option 1: National ID Card + Karti Zanyari. Both documents must be presented.
    • Option 2: Civil ID + Citizenship Card + Karti Zanyari. All three documents must be presented.
  • Register in the program
    MyAccount Program registration will take place at the designated venue on the predefined dates (check onboarding schedule).
    On those dates, MyAccount agents will be available on-site to help you register in the program.
  • Choose UIBIC as your bank
    Choose UIBIC as your bank from a list of participating banks in the MyAccount Program.
  • Collect your UIBIC debit card
    Once UIBIC has processed your data and successfully opened an account for you, you will be issued a debit card. Your Accounting Unit will inform you promptly when the card is ready for collection.
    Once you receive your debit card and PIN, follow the instructions provided with the card to activate it. You can then start using your account for transfers, POS transactions, and withdrawals.
